This is a classic original 20 inch Medium Ride Cymbal, manufactured by the Avedis Zildjian Company in the USA. I purchased this cymbal from a dealer in the 1970s, but it could possibly date from the 1960s or earlier. The cymbal sounds superb and is in excellent condition for its age (it has one minor chip on the edge and a small 'keyhole' at the centre, but neither of these affect either its mounting ability or sound in any way).
This cymbal has not been cleaned up (other than a wipe to remove surface dust), as some people believe that the sound of a cymbal is actually better if not cleaned. However, careful treatment with the appropriate cymbal cleaner would restore it to its original shiny condition if required.
