I'm quite reluctant to post this sale, but I need to clear up some space. I'm putting one of my most prized possessions, a heavily upgraded Port City Twelve, as follows:
- Mercury magnetics output transformer and choke
- Weber 12F150 speaker, in white
The amp sounds tremendously better than stock (the stock version is the newer batch with fat switch). Many of my friends who have played the amp can attest to this. What you would expect is a straightforward and user-friendly EQ, great headroom despite low wattage, and portability. The amp is good for both home use and small gig. It is about 2 years old, but well maintained and recently went for a tube change.
I've spent quite a fair bit on the upgrades. For now, I'm asking $1000. PM or email me at namakadavid at gmail dot com. I will not entertain ridiculous offers. Pictures upon request.
