Like the title says, it can handle two keyboards. Probably not two 88-key weighted keyboards, but two mid-sized keyboards. If you do have an 88-key weighted keyboard, it can handle one. I was using it for this and just to be safe, I doubled-up on the supports. Your mileage may vary.
It's been indoors for some of the time and used in a home studio. Most of the time in was in a cupboard. The metal is in excellent condition. There is no rust and no major scratches. It is a good stand, look it up and check the price of a new one.
