Absolutely mint, almost brand new condition. Very lightly played on a few occasions.
The new 2014 Taylor 814ce is fully redesigned by Taylor Master Luthier Andy Powers. With new bracing, new finishing, new glue, thinner finish, etc. What I like best is the rosewood pickguard. You'll feel the guitar vibrating against your body while playing!
Generally acclaimed the sound of the new design with the new ES2 pickup are both superior to the previous generation. Taylor ES2 use back piezo-electric transducer but moves away from the traditional under saddle position to a behind the saddle position. This ES2 pickup is also hotter than the previous ES1.
