Bought this lovely dreadnought guitar in brilliant natural finish in mid-January of 2016 at Davis. Condition is 9.9/10 only because obviously it's no longer brand new, and it's been on Davis' shop floor for who knows how long. But otherwise, it's like new.
Everything is factory stock, including the D'Addario EXP16 light-gauge (12-53) strings, synthetic bone nut, and bridge saddle. Guitar has not been setup at all. No truss rod adjustments. I just took out some of the shims on the saddle (NOT shaved). I still have the shims.
