For sale is a very well made Synwin violin, 4/4 size, with one-piece maple back. It has boxwood pegs and chinrest, and Wittner tailpiece with fine-tuners. The neck is prefect, without blemish, and has smooth feel on the left hand. The label says that it's made in 2008. It has an open sound, suitable for students who are upgrading their instrument. Currently strung with Thomastik Infeld Red. Over the years, it has accumulated some scratches on the body top and back as shown below. This is not unusual for used violin. The scratches are only varnish-deep, i.e. they are not damaging the surface of the wood. Comes with Synwin oblong case and an extra new bow (the original Synwin bow is included, but it is not in good condition). Letting go for $350 (neg). Testing and deal at Tampines.
