I have one Steinberg Yamaha MR816CSX for sale. In excellent working condition. Seldom used. Selling cos I seldom do recording nowadays. In my opinion, if you are looking for PRO QUALITY audio interfaces under $1,800, this model is the best value for money. The preamps and ADDA are great. The preamp offers enough gain even for a mic like Shure SM7B. The sound is warm compared to other interfaces like RME FF800/ FF400, apogee ensemble, TC konnekt 48 etc. Drivers are stable and you could get low latencies on properly configured systems. The only weakness of this unit is the need for a firewire interface on your laptop.
