1) Neck has been scalloped
2) 21 Jumbo Fret (Jim Dunlop 6100)
3) Neck pickup (Quater-Pounder Flat SSL-4)
4) Bridge pickup (Quater-Pounder Staggered SSL-7)
5) Ernie Ball 3 Way Selector
6) Fender Vintage Steel Tremolo Bridge Block ( more sustain)


Btw there's no pickup in the middle... Thumb size Paint Peel off at the body (refer to pic)
