If you guys haven't heard of Skermetta Guitars, should go check them out!
Pete Skermetta used to work for Tyler and is now doing his own thing. He's got a very cool line of instruments. I've been on a Tyler experience recently and can't say enough about their guitars. This Skermetta is no different. Top notch workmanship and amazingly spec-ed guitar.
The R series represents the flagship model of the Skermetta line. The classic maple top on mahogany body starts life as a solid, single slab of mahogany. The mahogany body blank is chambered for an open tone and comfortable playing weight.
A highly figured maple top is then glued to the chambered body for shaping and carving. It also features a maple binding.
This guitar is in mint condition, i dare say 9.5/10. Key features would be a split coil and a flamed maple neck (upper section). and of course, handmade in the USA!
This one is done in a very striking white finish and has a nice weight and balance to it. Comes with Certificate of Authentification and original Hard Shell Case with plush red interior.
