Paul Reed Smith McCarty II, McCarty Burst flamed Maple Top/Mahogany back & Neck, Master Voice Control (MVC) with preamp (single coil tones without volume drop or noise), case candy, hard shell case. McCartys are no longer in production and the McCarty II is the cadillac of McCartys with higher end tuners, bridge, and the MVC control. Near mint, 9.5 or better condition.
Uses the Master Voice Control circuit as in Carlo's Santana MultiDimensional (MD) guitar with a single activation micro-switch with a tone control. With the MVC switched out the guitar remains passive and will work even with dead batteries.
