Fishman C-100 Classic Series Cello Pickup
Bought a few years ago and used for several gigs.
The jack which is supposed to stick under the tailpiece unfortunately does not stick (it has been that way since a few months after I bought it) and I've been using blu-tack to stick it ever since.
The pickup also needed to be held in place in the bridge slot and I've used a simple thin strip of duct tape to do so. The resonance of the cello is not affected.
Important: The sound quality is ok. This is considered a cheap pickup and I find that it boosts the high-mids quite a lot. Not quite natural sounding to my ears. It has been that way since I took it out of the box. Therefore, I recommend using the EQ below to give it a mid and treble cut.

Fishman Pro-EQ II Acoustic Preamp/EQ
This is decent looking and still functions like it's supposed to. I bought it with the pickup. I also attached velcro on the bottom.

I have a feeling you could use them for other instruments if you wanted to. However, I'm no expert on that and you might need to modify something. All the components are there, however.
