Ovation Collector's 2001 edition, limited produced, and the only series using rare redwood for its top, giving special nice warm tone.
This was made in the U.S.A. (Hartford, CT) factory, which is now closed. The US produced guitars were considered to be the higher quality than the later badges produced in Korea.
All electronics are working perfectly fine. There're few spots of lacquer peeling off on the top as circled in the photo, due to the age of the guitar. There is no impact to the sound. There is one cracked to the head tip (also circled in photo), which was glued. There is no impact to any structure. I reflected all these cosmetic flaws to the low price.
The guitar comes with the original Ovation hard-shell case.
I love this guitar, but need to let it go to fund my other purchase. Price is considered at a steal, so please don't low ball.
