yup. got it from Davis. Last piece from them. with receipt. why do i wan to sell it... long story short. itchy finger and bought as as i thought this newer product is better than my current MXR smartgate... but. ha. prefered my smartgate. but doesnt mean this noise clamp is crap. ... different set up will suit diff noise gate pedals...
