Have a MIJ Fernandes Strat for sale. I don't know much about its history, so here's some pics followed by the info I have:
1) It's MIJ because Fernandes has not made any guitars with Fender headstocks outside of Japan since the mid/late 80s.
2) Pickups have been changed to a set of Tesla Plasma-1 single coils. Stock pickups are NOT included in the sale.
3) Trem has been changed to a Wilkinson unit, stock trem unit IS included in the sale.
4) Condition is...6.5/10 (?) Has some dings etc accumulated over 15+/- years.
5) Comes with trem bar and a Warwick Premium Line Plus gigbag. The bag alone retails for $90.
So, a Japanese guitar with aftermarket pickups, trem and gig bag for $450.
