WTS Meyer Sound HD-1 Studio Monitors

Looking to sell a pair of used Meyer Sound HD-1. This, at one point (and probably still is), one of the best powered monitors in the markets.

http://www.meyersound.com/products/studioseries/hd-1/

In the interest of full disclosure, cosmetics wise, it has seen better days. In it's lifetime, its has been moved multiple times. Last known servicing from Meyer factory is over 5 years ago. I would advise a full calibration and servicing from the factory to bring these up to 100% performance. There's a tiny pin hole on one of the tweeters, but doesn't seem to affect performance. It probably does, if you're looking at it from a refined perspective and situated in a perfectly tuned room. In its current condition, it works fine and mixes translate pretty accurately.

Brand new price ranges from USD6k per piece to US10k per pair. I'm letting this go at a price way lower than that. It's currently not being used, and I would rather see it go to someone who would use it.

Note the issues I have mentioned. I would advise that interested parties do their own research on these monitors. I will send pics to interested parties with reasonable offers.

I may consider trades for the following ONLY
Yamaha NS10m (studio or non studio versions) with appropriate power amps
Fender 62 Vintage Reissue Stratocasters (stock with no mods)

While I'll accept a fair offer, the definition of fair (and lowball) ranges from person to person. So if you can justify your offer by showing me proof of a recent sale of a similar unit, ebay or online, I will take your offer seriously.

PM me to offer. To facilitate the sale, do not ask me what price I'm looking at. I don't really have one. Just make an offer and it's a yes/no for me.

Thanks.

As mentioned, PM your offers and justify your offer, no matter how low. And that means, showing me the current going price for used HD-1.
