Selling a Mesa Boogie Mini Rectifier Twenty Five head.
Personal Opinion
The Mini Rec is an all-tube, made in USA fire-breather. It may be small in size, but packs all the brutality and tone that his bigger brothers are known for. Here are a few pointers which I feel are the definite strengths of the amp:
Firstly, we all know that Rectifiers have amazing hi-gain tones. The Mini Rec is no exception. The dirt channel has brutal hi-gain tones that channel low-end thump with authority, yet cut right through the mix. Not to mention that there is plenty of gain on tap, with two different flavours to choose from - Vintage and Modern. Vintage works great for higher gain hard rock and Modern kills it in all your needs for metal, from 1980 all the way till the modern metal of today.
Secondly, the cleans are beautiful and pristine, typical of Mesa-Boogie. I would describe the cleans on this head as organic and alive. If you like cleans with that top-end sparkle, this is definitely for you. It can go from really clean tones to lightly overdriven, bluesy tones in the Pushed style. This shows the versatility of the Mini Rec's tone palette.
Thirdly, there are 2 fully Independent channels with 4 style modes. This means that the amp is actually a 4-channel head that allows you to stretch your tones across various genres. The Mini Rec is definitely not a one-trick-pony.
Fourthly, Mesa's Multi-Watt Technology allows you to switch between 25 or 10 watts, with individual switches for both channels. This allows you to get sweet tone even at lower volumes, very ideal for a home set-up.
Lastly, the amazing quality and build of Mesa Boogie definitely shows. From the rugged all aluminum chassis to the trust-worthy components. The channel switching and effects loop have never given my any problems.

I got this head while I was in the US, straight from a reputable guitar shop. I will include the head itself, footswitch, gig bag, manuals as well as step-up transformer. I got the transformer from Sim Lim and it has powered the amp flawlessly. The head itself is in excellent cosmetic condition - 9.5/10 and it works perfect.
I will be letting this go for $1300. (Brand New: 999USD) Do note that this includes the transformer which I got for $75.
