Selling a rock solid Mesa Boogie F30 combo. Item comes with the original foot-switch, and has speaker upgraded to an Eminence CV-75.
Clean sound is very blackface-esque even though it has EL84 power tubes, and puts to rest the notion that EL84s cannot yield a good bottom end response. I tend to use the clean sound as it takes pedals exceptionally well, comes in local voltage too. Dirty sound is not what you would normally expect from a rectifier topology; more rude and in-your-face, lots of grind and texture.
Aesthetic condition is 9/10, some dust and minor nicks in the tolex, but the amp works 100%, no issues whatsoever. Volume knobs replaced with cream fender-style; one was lost by previous owner, so decided to swap out both volume knobs.
Selling as I am looking to clear some space and save up for a guitar of my dreams.
Asking $1200, negotiable. No lowballers please.
