Condition 7/10
Very slight oxidation on the hoops. There is a lacquer chip on the side which I taped over (don't make this mistake) which got a little worse, you could apply tung oil from any hardware store to protect it. Nevertheless it works perfectly fine and sounds really good (I have done some slight polishing/cleaning and tuned it up real good). You can try it at my place before buying it if you want.
