Putting up my hardly used 2009 Martin LX1 for sale. Bought new from Citymusic in 2010 (still have receipt).
The spruce top spots a few "bear claws". This guitar was selected for me by the nice salesperson based on this desirable spruce characteristic. Improved tone and asthetics they say.
Martin has stopped using Morado wood (Bolivian Rosewood) for this series (on fretboard and bridge). They use Richlite now (resin-infused paper composite).
I got two piezo pick-ups installed and also added a mahagony pickguard (bought from the US). Condition of guitar is 9/10.
Asking $450. Sale will also include the brand new Martin gig bag with all the paperwork. Add $100 for the SKB molded hardshell case.

The darker shades on the fretboard is the wood grain, not wear.
