As a wireless it works great, but it eats 9v batteries extremely fast, and at low batteries it tends to cut out, so be warned.
I don't have the power supply for the receiver base anymore, but it runs on regular 9v power supplies. The antenna is a little dented, but that does not seem to affect it (in fact I usually used it without the antenna).
This has been discontinued and replaced by the new Line6 Relay. If you're familiar with the quality, this should be about the same except that it uses 9V batteries.
