I've the mentioned piece for sale. It's a guitar mobile interface for the iOS. Works with the iPhone 4/4S, 5/5S (with a 30pin to lightning converter) and Ipads along with the free POD app that is downloadable from the app store. It's still new and is under a 6 month warranty from City Music.
Package includes 1/4"-1/8" cable.
If you're familiar with the iRig, this is similar except the sound quality is much better as it utilizes the 30pin/lightning port instead of the mic/headphones jack.
