Take note, price is slightly negotiable (if you have any reason to negotiate).
The XLR direct out is very useful. You can use it as a sort of amp modeling preamp. I've used the clean channel to record at home. You can also plug it in to a PA and use the amp as a monitor.
I've used it for electric guitar quite often too, and sounds decent.
