Bought less than a month KRK Rp 5 G 2 Looking for $450, Accept any offer from $400 onwards. Looks brand new, without a single scratches or have yet to try blasting it, have yet to fill the warranty too. Tip top condition 10/10 ! Just bought a HS 80 so am moving on to Yamaha.

Can I ask what is the diff between the KRK Rp 5 G2 and the yamaha HS 80?
In terms of bass, mid range and trebles?

I would prefer HS 80 for the clarity. Rp 5 G2 is good, or rather able to produce enough lows, his, mids. Hs80 is definitely much clearer but lack of powerful lows.

There's no way a 5" Rp5 driver has more bass than a 8" HS80 driver... The HS80 outperform the Rp5 easily by power & performance ! That's why the price difference is almost double...most people will upgrade from 5" monitors to 6.5" or 8" Spk usually...more depth in mid & lower range tone !
