Selling it cheap because I lost the CD key for the CD. Not sure if anyone would be able to crack it. However the unit can still be used without the CD. I think you won't be able to tweak certain things in the pedal. Not for fussy buyers as condition is not perfect but pedal is working perfectly(see photos). Comes with box, manual, adapter, USB, foot switch adapter....
