It says on the label:

Wall 2mm
Inside 18mm

Basically it's too small for my middle finger. Fits perfectly on my ring finger.

Definitely not as bad as other developed countries.

However if people only want to compare against Malaysia, Indonesia or even Thailand Vietnam etc... Then of course living in Singapore is pure misery isn't it..
