The Ibanez Universe UV7BK Green Dot 7 string Electric Guitar is an iconic instrument & a ground breaking one which paved the path for stretching the musical abilities to a new level. It is the first 7 string guitar to be mass produced & was launched by Ibanez in 1990 as a Steve Vai series Universe guitar. Even though it was a production model, only a few thousand were produced & is extremely rare to find these days. The condition of this one up for sale is ultra rare to find in the current market.
The Guitar has been a case queen for almost all its life, with its previous owner & with me as well. Its been well cared and looked after & its minty condition reflects that.
The entire guitar is stock, there have been no modifications ever. The guitar action & set up is low with no buzzing what so ever. The frets have a good life left in them.
The guitar plays as smooth as butter & is a shred monster. The neck is fast and slim, making any shred technique an effortless task, with any amount of speed which you wanna play. The tone is guttural and thick, while the cleans are airy and pristine. The pick ups in the guitar give a great output either through a processor or directly through an amplifier.
