NEAR MINT CONDITION - 9.7/10 - Barely played - only a few truly minor marks as shown in the pics
Not too much to say really about this mesmerising behemoth of an axe.
Considering how intimidating the idea of taking on 8 strings simultaneously was before I had ever played this, it's quite unbelievable how quickly & easily you'll adapt to the magnificently ergonomic neck on this thing. Playability is unrivalled & it really does just feel quite simply amazing in your hands.
The fretwork is simply sublime as you'd expect from a high-end Prestige & the rosewood board is deliciously dense & chocolatey in its figuring. The bridge is also rock solid & fairly idiot-proof too despite the double-locking system. Not to mention how impressive overall build quality & finish is throughout the entire guitar.
In the world of 8-stringers, I would have to contest that this is the definitive standard by which most are judged.

- Comes in OHSC/padded gig bag with Ibanez Prestige Owner's Manual & tools

THE BOTTOM LINE: Ibanez really did absolutely knock it out of the park with these, which is why they're still selling strong today & have a slew of celebrity users on the current progressive metal/djent scene. If it was good enough for Tosin Abasi - then it sure as hell is good enough for the rest of us mere mortals.
