Selling a Ibanez Prestige RG2550EX, I haven't had the time to check the serial number and date it. Mostly likely made in 2004.

Afaik the Vibrant Blue finish was produced in 2004 and discontinued in 2005, this model with this finish is difficult to find now.
The guitar has been upgraded with Bareknuckle holydiver neck pickup and Bareknuckle Alnico Warpigs bridge pickup, middle is Stock.
The pickups have a lot of character, holydiver neck has more mids, and sound more airy, hifi, ethereal sounding, sorry for a lack of better description. Comparatively the warpigs are tighter, more definedly and more raw sounding, especially the bass strings. I like to use the warpigs for clear definedly chords and holydiver for lead.
The stock Dimarzio/IBZ middle sounds pretty good and can give a nice chimey sound. The stock neck itself was actually pretty good as well but the bareknuckles were definitely an improvement imo. Can get a variety of tone combinations with this guitar.
The orginally price plus both bareknuckle pickups and installation cost near $2000, I'm selling it at $1200. Main reason for this price is a noticeable ding on the side of the guitar. The guitar still has great playability, cosmetics wise there are minor scratches and dings expected of a guitar that is 7+ years old. Thus, this is not for fussy buyers that want something "mint condition".
Sadly letting go to fund other stuff. Comes with hard case, accessories, manual, ibanez padded strap. The stock neck and bridge pickup will also be included.
Price is slightly negoiable, or open to trade for a Gibson les paul studio 60's tribute gold top with top up.
Please don't lowball, $1200 is a good deal and I'd rather keep it if I get low offers.
