Selling a Ibanez PGM100 ( Paul Gilbert’s signature model ). Original 1989 guitar. For its age it is in good condition and has been recently refretted, see pictures. So it plays well with low action. There are some dings and scratches on the body. Bridge has some pitting on the palm area of the bridge. Other hardware like tunners are in good condition. Overall, a player's guitar. The PGM100 model was released in 1989 is, as a signature model of Paul Gilbert from MR.BIG and Racer X. Paul Gilbert wants his signature guitar based from stock Ibanez guitars, so he chose the Ibanez RG770 to be the base design and modified the electronics and looks with his preference, like the signature painted F holes that defined the final look of the guitar.

The PGM100 electric guitar design is so similar like the RG770 series, using DiMarzio pickups, wizard neck and the double locking edge tremolo. The people at Ibanez painted the signature F holes on it’s body to complete it and to make it look less heavy metal.
