I have an Ibanez artwood series AW900 antique stain guitar. Here are the specifications.
Top: Solid Englemann Spruce with Anitque Stain Toner.
Inlay on the top: Abalone inlay
Sides: Rosewood
Back: Rosewood
NecK/Fretboard: Rosewood
Inlay on fretboard: Snowflake inlay
Tuning machines/pegs: Gold plated Grovers
Finish: Gloss
Pickguard: Red
Bag: Ritter Gig Bag
Made in: Handcrafted in korea
Strings: A new set will be changed when you buy it
This aw900 can be considered to be a rare guitar that was the flagship of Ibanez's acoustic guitar in the 1990s. This guitar is DISCONTINUED and no longer made. The craftsmanship is wonderful and was made with intentions by Ibanez as a high end model to compete with the C.F Martin and the Taylor guitars.
This guitar is less than a years old and recently fixed with Fishman passive pickup that cost $200 done at Sinamex. Together with the pickup, the guitar was properly set up and the action is good. The installation of the pick up and set-up has a receipt as a proof of authenticity.
This guitar is definitely a valuable piece for any guitar players. Though this guitar has been with me for about 7 months, the guitar is essentially new because it is really rarely played. I want to sell this so that i would have enough money to actually prepare for my grade 8 exam. Therefore, price is REALLY negotiable so please contact me if you are interested..
