Up for sale is a Gretsch Duo Jet 1957 Reissue from 2005. (Post-Fender)
It has the JD serial, Made in Japan (Dyna Gakki facility)
FEATURES
Chambered Mahogany body
Arched maple top
Mahogany neck
Ebony-stained rosewood fingerboard
Bound fingerboard and headpiece
Hump block inlaid position markers
24-3/5" scale, joined at 16th fret
Cream binding
DynaSonic pickups (Single coils)
Gretsch Bigsby tremolo tailpiece
Colour: Jet black
The bridge has been upgraded to the Gretsch Synchro-Sonic bridge
Condition: 8/10
A few minor nicks
They are no longer being made, I personally feel that the DynaSonic pickups sound much warmer compared to the normal FilterTrons. It's the closest you can get to George Harrison's Duo Jet without the heavy price tag.
Selling at 2.7k nego.
Feel free to contact me @94513610 for pictures (can't seem to upload) and more info!
Cheers
