Restored 1987 Ibach F III (215cm) for sale. Asking SGD 40k.
This beautiful 7 foot grand is no longer in production, and is a fine specimen of a top tier German grand with a rich singing treble section and a long sustaining voice.
This piano has been fully restored with new bass strings, brand new hammers and brand new Wessel Nickel and Gross (WNG) carbon fibre action from the USA. The WNG action is as smooth as butter, is much more responsive and durable to humidity changes compared to traditional Renner wooden action. With these changes, this 28 year old ibach almost like a new piano but at less than half of the price of a comparable top tier 7 foot German grand from Grotrian, Sauter or Bluthner.
