Bought new from Davis at $68 on 18 Sep 2013.
The model is SG381-MG-T, with a gear ratio of 1:16. The screw holes at the back are at an angle of 45 degrees to the tuner posts.
These are with the thumbscrews at the back. Very easy to use. The tuners themselves are very smooth and don't have much/any slack when you turn them. Honestly I like these better than Sperzels... Selling these as I just bought another guitar and it already comes with locking tuners.
One of the mounting nuts sustained a bit of wear and tear during installation, and was spray painted black. The difference is not immediately noticeable unless you examine it closely.
Other than that, the condition of the tuners themselves are 10/10, in perfect cosmetic and working order.
These are with staggered posts - 3 with taller posts meant for the bass strings, and 3 with shorter posts meant for the treble strings. This is to help get a better break angle for the strings from what I understand.
