Here's a 2013 Gibson Memphis ES-339 for sale! It's a great-looking guitar from the Gibson Memphis Custom Shop, nice maple top and back with some nice grain on the sides as well. Nice dark rosewood fretboard, and really sweet looking headstock pearloid headstock inlay. It has an extremely comfy 30/60 neck, great for chord work on the lower frets, and comfortable for lead lines on the higher frets.
It's incredibly resonant and has loads of sustain. The pair of '57 classics provide a warm, full tone and a very balanced response. While it's got lots of crunch if required, rolling down the volume a slight bit produces very nice and warm cleans. While 339's have always been built in the Memphis Custom Shop, this was produced during the period where Gibson was starting to call them 'Memphis' guitars. So even though it has a Memphis serial number, it comes with a Gibson Custom case and COA binder.
Guitar is in great condition! Almost full fret life, and no major dings or scratches. There is some residue (fourth picture) from the previous owner's strap around the rear strap button - I haven't bothered to remove this but you can easily polish or buff it out.
This comes with the original Gibson Custom Hardcase and COA. You could have it for just $2.4k! Drop me a text at 9OO41928 if you're interested. No interest in trades unless it's an EJ Rosewood Strat (plus reasonable top-up). I am in absolutely no hurry to sell this, it's a great guitar that I don't mind keeping. Lowballers, please don't even try. Cheers!
*If you're the "trade value" type, simply apply the same percentage increase that is on your sale price to my sale price, and there! You'll have the "trade value".
