Bought at a shop in peninsula april last year. although the guy was saying its a new old stock,i still bought the guitar even though i knew that it was used because im a compulsive buyer. i managed to take care of the guitar,replaced a few things that are tarnished like string tree, pickguard screws,even changed the f tuners to new ones and everything i changed were changed with all original fender parts.
yngwie sets his trems floating, so i set the bridge to float just like his.
worried about tuning stability? not a problem on this one. I've put a set of raw vintage springs on the bridge, stays in tune really well.
most of the time i only take the guitar out of the case to clean it, or just to put it on the guitar stand and look at it. i'd play it for 5 -10 minutes and then put it back to the guitar case.everything you'll see on the guitar,came with it when i bought it except for the dimarzio locking strap which i will include in sale
So anyway....Im going to try and sell this now because recently I've been obsessed with playing a les paul copy that I recently bought and I noticed that I've been entering too many les paul copy websites and I think I wanna get a Japanese Les Paul Copy. Maybe an Edwards or Bacchus. But I need to get rid of one guitar so my wife wont notice.
So now I wanna sell this for $1900.might take 1800 if you're good for it and not some lowballer who thinks he's too smart by saying discouraging things about the price and value.(hahaha you know who you are and i know your number and username here)
Sorry to mention that but its really tiring to converse with lowballers.
So, having said all that, I will not take any price lower than what was stated, I will only entertain polite messages, and most of all, if you dont like the price then forget that you saw this ad. Not a loss for me If i cant sell this because this is a good guitar, though my wife would really be mad if she notices a new guitar on the pile, i can live with it. hehehe
