Selling a superbly well maintained Epson Full HD 3LCD Projector (model EH-TW4500) together with a wall mount projector screen at S$1,800 (negotiable).

I no longer have the space and time for this equipment. The projector lamp bulb has a low usage of only 18hrs and it hasn't been replaced since it was first purchased. The wall mount screen measures 60" x 60" (85" diagonal).
