it is a custom made guitar...... when i bought the guitar, there were no brand written on the headstock.

You could have included that. If you're not able to determine the specs, you could still have stated the colour, even. (If you're colourblind, my apologies.) If your phone has a camera, snap a shot, even if it's a low-res photo, and upload it. Just small things like these will make a big difference in helping you to make the sale.
