Hey guys, I just finished making a Telecaster and I really feel like starting on another project so I'm going to sell it off.
The neck and fretboard is Maple wood, the body is Ash wood.
Neck pick up is Dimarzio Area T
Bridge pick up is Seymour Duncan Little 59
The guitar neck have been inlay with Dark Blue Pearl Block inlays.
The guitar have been set up by Music Theme and double checked for problems
The paint job is Scarlet coloured (that s what the bottle said), it's orange under bright light and red under dim light. I don't think you can get this colour in stock guitar.
I purposely go and scrape the paint job at the back of the guitar, to the side, to give it a vintage look, the front paint job also was given extra spray to give it a droop paint look for that DIY feel ( but some small dings are not intentional
)
I choose the name Humphrey for the guitar because both pickups are hum-cancelling so it's hum-free (lousy pun I know
). The elephant designed just came out because somehow Humphrey sound like an elephant name.
The pickguard have a cartoon theme, and it's removable so if you don't like it, you can have it replace. I do pickguard design for $60 dollar btw. All drawing have been sprayed with fixative, so they won't smudge.
One last unique thing is that, the pickup selector work in reverse, back select is for neck pickup, while front select is for bridge pickup.
Selling the Telecaster at $600, come with a beat up bag and cable. Contact me at 84537488. I'm very friendly so you can try to offer or ask me about pickguard design or what is needed to be done to customize your own guitar. I will be glad to give you advice
