Hi guys im selling my beloved CIJ ST-62 Fender Strat.. Its been heavily modified so here goes the modification lists. I've done a pretty good reduction in selling price already, thus when i state the price, its really the lowest i can go. Anything lower will be a strict no no..
Modifications:
1. 3ply black pickguard replacing the original white one. (no i don't have the white one) $20
2. 3 gold dome knobs for elegance and convenience when rolling down the volume knob is necessary.. $15
3. Dimarzio HS-4, Dimarzio HS-2, Dimarzio HS-3 pickups in the neck, middle and bridge positions respectively. $120 X 3 = $360. (Malmsteems combination when he was still with Dimarzio)
4. 5 raw vintage springs replacing the 3 original springs for additional sustain and tone.. $ 27
5. Steel block replaced the old zinc block for additional sustain when the whammy bar is in use.. $20
6. Comes with a well padded brand new fender gig bag ordered from the UK. $50
7. Set up by Mr. Gsonique recently $45
As you can see, the modifications cost me $400+, not to mention the guitar itself cost approximately $950. This makes the total worth of this guitar between $1300-1400.. This is a piece kept in near perfect condition. There is only a single ding near the headstock and no visible scratches whatsoever on the body. Add in the gig bag and im only asking for a mere $ 900 (firm.)
Guys this took me a long time contemplating whether i should sell this piece. This is the lowest i can go. Nothing lower will be accepted. Judging from the mods done to it i've got to say this is a pretty decent price already. Kindly refrain from negotiating further.
