Value deal for beginner-intermediate looking for full solid acoustic with pickups. Bought from Citymusic in 2010 (for $500), used for gigs previously in school/church.

Condition 8.5/10, everything in gig/working condition including onboard tuner
Upgrades (worth $520) done by Jarvis earlier this year, sound has improved greatly both plugged and unplugged:
