I really love this guitar, but I realise that a need a Dellinger more.
27 frets, schaller trem, what more can you ask of a super strat?
trem saddles are badly oxidated ( can get replacements off stewmac for less then 50sgd )
selling for only 2.4k sgd ( do your research on Caparisons )
