In case you didn't already know, this is the small Boss Multi-Effects unit, as seen below.
Aside from a nick at the top of the unit and on the words "Multiple Effects" (Both cosmetic), it's pretty mint.
Also, there was no adapter when I got this, so you'll have to get your own.
