Selling a Blackstar HT-DISTX.
If you're looking for THE metal tone in a box, this is it.
I've spent a long time going through various metal and hi-gain distortions and nothing really comes close to this. Every other pedal I've tried sounds either too thin or just too artificial.
This pedal is different. Its a ___ing beast. Low end like a 4x12 is what we're looking at here, with a cutting top end that isn't harsh, yet cuts through the mix like a hot metal knife of death. ISF feature takes you from American sounding to British sounding, insane tone sculpting. Old school Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer to more modern metal like Killswitch Engage and Lamb of God, this pedal slays.
And I'm not saying all this for marketing, this pedal is really that sick.
Oh by the way, if other pedals were "built like a tank", this is the fkin' Incredible Hulk.
