This is a dreadnought size guitar with solid Sitka spruce top (AA Grade) and Solid Indian Rosewood back/side. The model is Alvarez MD70 purchased from luthermusic in April 2013. The specifications are as follows:

Back & Sides: Solid Rosewood
Neck: One piece Mahogany neck and heel
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Machine heads: Grover® Rotomatics
Bridge: Rosewood Bi-Level Bridge
Strings: Elixir Nanoweb Phosphor Bronze (changed with little playing)
Finish: High gloss
Bracing: Hand sanded, hand scalloped
Nut: Bone
Saddle: FMI (Done by Jarvis)
Case: On Stage Semi Hard Case

I have upgraded the original bone saddle to a FMI saddle. The tone of this guitar improved significantly with the saddle upgrade and the projection is absolutely awesome. I have taken great care of this guitar and the overall condition of this guitar is 9.5/10, with score not being perfect due to the fact that it is used.
