Selling my Alvarez AD70CE as I'm shifting house and need to clear some items.

- Fingerboard: Rosewood
- Bridge: Bi-Level Rosewood
- Tuner: Premium Die Cast
- Pickup / EQ: Alvarez System 600T MK II (See *note below)

*Note: There are some intermittent issues with the pickup. However, the guitar is still in very good condition to be played on its own or to install a new pickup.
