Clearing up space so am selling this away.
Its a Epiphone El Capitan acoustic bass guitar (ABG)
Near mint condition except the battery cover a bit spoilt so it is held in with screws (looks original though!). No real problem there. Also, the LED light for the anti-feedback switch is not working. But everything else is working great. No scratches or dings, really very well kept.
This bass has a really really deep and fat tone! Its awesome! The piezo and electronics are by Shadow of Germany and they are really good. In fact, because of this bass, I went and installed a piezo in my regular electric bass. But it doesn't sound as good as this Epiphone.
Use at the beach, for church or whatever, this bass sounds awesome. Not really for rock though.
Setup and action is professionally done so it does not have the crazy high action as stock. Very playable. New d'Addario strings.
I would keep this bass just because it sounds so good but really, I need to clear up space.
No case or gig bag.
Looking at $380 for this. This is a steal at this price. No trades please.
