Excellent Condition, comes with drivers and all cables (power cable and USB cable). Has some scratch on casing thats all

is this still up? i really like Epson CX 4100 printer since its thrifty in ink consumption.. what do you mean by the ink was thrown away? meaning it has no epson printer cartridges installed on it or no free cartridges??
