Hi everyone, I recently bought this guitar to test it out against a bunch of other Les Pauls to make my mind up on what specs I want in the Gibson Historic Les Paul I am saving for.
This guitar is stock with 490r and 498t humbucking pickups. Cosmetically its 9.9/10 from the front but 8/10 on the back and sides due to some finish damage due to the guitar being left on a rubber guitar stand and from having a guitar strap on for too long. Belt buckle rash present on the back but not down to the wood and zero sharp spots or edges from minor dings. Guitar will come with a Gibson gig bag.
This instrument can be inspected/collected from my place in the East Coast and I have done a full setup with new 9 gauge strings, cleaned+oiled fingerboard, cleaned electronics, proper neck adjustment and polish on the guitar so that it plays fast and clean with low action etc.
From a playability standpoint, the guitar plays perfectly now. No obligation testing can always be arranged, just msg me. Thank you for looking!
