Am not the first owner but have only used it in the bedroom and for one church worship service. Still in absolutely pristine condition. All items are stock. Rosewood neck and Texas Special pickups (according to my research).

I also previously wanted to change the hardware to gold, so I have some gold hardware (not a full set though). Gold Wilkinson bridge (1 month used), gold pickup and pickguard screws, and gold Dunlop strap locking pins. Will let this bundle go with a $30 top up
