Selling this for only $650. With original hardcase. What's the catch?

The guitar's saddle had been filed very low. Currently it still can be setup to have low action by adjusting the truss rod. If you want to replace a new saddle to get more break angle at the saddle, I am not sure if it's possible to get low action without a neck reset. There's also a slight dent at the soundhole, probably due to the neck tension on the body over the years but it doesn't affect the sound or structure.
Previously, some potential buyers had came over to test this and they all agree that it sounds good (subjective to taste) and plays well despite the issues, but they are just apprehensive about buying it due to the hassle of needing a potential neck reset. This is not unsalvageable junk, there's potential in this piece, the reason why this piece is priced so cheap is because I already factored in the cost of a neck reset. I've seen these go around US$1.2k used on ebay or reverb.

This is not for fussy buyers. Whatsapp 96461989 to discuss. Viewing at serangoon north area.
